About Me

I have been working in the IT sector since 2008 with large and medium-sized organizations.
My career began as a junior system administrator, where I set up user computers and addressed helpdesk requests. I have since evolved to a CTO, where I've been responsible for planning and deploying service architectures from the ground up, building teams, establishing business processes, and setting project development strategies. I've automated both internal and external service processes, participated in the FRII accelerator (reaching the finals), and collected real-time analytical data on the project.
Currently I'm a DevOps at Cookies Games, where I help the team with new (and old) product releases.
My extensive experience enables me to make objective and sound decisions. I excel at planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and I thrive on tackling new business challenges that fuel my professional growth. I am a quick learner and adaptive to changes.

As a DevOps Engineer at Cookies Games, I am responsible for preparing and optimizing the infrastructure for deploying new projects. Focusing on improving continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes, I successfully develop and configure automated pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and high reliability of products. My key responsibilities and achievements include:

  • Development and implementation of infrastructure for scalability and security of projects, using AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform to create flexible and resilient environments.
  • Optimization of CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, which automates the testing and deployment processes, reducing the time to market and improving code quality.
  • Configuration and scaling of runners, increasing the performance and reliability of the build and deployment processes, while using Hetzner Cloud for additional resources.
  • Monitoring and ensuring high availability of services, applying Cloudflare to improve security and loading speed, actively using monitoring tools to prevent failures.
  • Close interaction with development teams to implement best DevOps practices, improving continuous integration and delivery processes, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of products.

    I work in the service department that is responsible for supporting large and medium-sized corporate clients such as CocaCola, FIFA, Alfa Bank, Kaspersky, MGTS, Sberbank, Rostelecom, Sogaz, and others. Our support encompasses internal services, data centers and clouds, virtualization systems, Windows/Linux servers, networks, monitoring (using Zabbix), Jira, backup systems, Microsoft Exchange, BMC Remedy, and so forth.

    I designed the service logic and assembled a team of developers. I also designed and built the service's cloud architecture, automated all internal processes, and created a service bot for team interaction with the service and database. I set up CI/CD, configured monitoring of services and servers, and designed and assembled analytical data on various metrics. These are displayed in the form of charts and tables in real time. Also, I participate in business processes and product development and defining innovation strategy.
